NewJeans' Danielle Shines in Hometown Marathon Amidst Legal Battles

NewJeans member Danielle achieved a remarkable feat in her hometown.

On the 3rd, Sean shared on his Instagram, "Participated in the Unknown Crew Marathon. Danielle's first 10km race," along with several photos.

The photos revealed Danielle participating in her first 10km marathon and achieving impressive results. Sean expressed his amazement, saying, "Can you believe this record just two months after starting running?"

Sean congratulated Danielle, saying, "Congratulations on completing your first race, and that too with an amazing record at the Sydney Marathon 10K! It's so great to see you running happily."

Previously, Danielle appeared at the Seoul Central District Court with fellow member Minji on the 14th. This was due to a mediation session for the lawsuit filed by their agency, ADOR, to confirm the validity of their exclusive contract. As they exited the vehicle and headed to the court, Minji remained silent while Danielle greeted the reporters with a smile.

Meanwhile, NewJeans is currently unable to engage in any commercial activities, including music performances, TV appearances, events, and advertisements, as the court sided with ADOR's injunction to preserve the agency's status and prohibit advertising contracts.

Additionally, the court accepted ADOR's indirect compulsion application against NewJeans, ruling that if they engage in independent activities without the agency, they must compensate 1 billion KRW per member.
