A heartfelt tribute was held for actress Xu Xiyuan, who passed away from pneumonia in Japan last February. Singer Fan Xiaoxuan, who cherished Xu like a sister, took to the stage to express her longing for the late actress, moving the audience deeply.

On August 31, Fan Xiaoxuan performed at the 'Aranya Xiamen Music Festival' in Qinhuangdao, Hebei Province, China, singing 'Where Am I Going,' a song composed by Xu Xiyuan for her. Before the performance, Fan shared, "Being in such a refreshing place, I felt compelled to sing this. I believe the composer is enjoying this moment with us." The audience responded with cheers, and netizens expressed their condolences, saying, "She is watching from the heavens."

Following Xu Xiyuan's passing, Fan Xiaoxuan took a break from her activities, choosing to grieve quietly. On the 100th day since Xu's passing, Fan posted on social media, "I will never forget your kindness and courage, and I will carry on your spirit. Having a sister like you was a lifelong blessing."

Xu Xiyuan passed away on February 2 due to acute pneumonia caused by the flu while traveling in Japan with her family for the Lunar New Year. Her funeral was held on March 15 at the Jinbaoshan Rose Garden in Taiwan, where DJ Koo Jun-yup carried her urn to the burial site, staying by her side until the very end. Koo is currently working on a statue of Xu, expected to be completed by 2026.

According to media reports, Koo Jun-yup continues to visit Xu's resting place at Jinbaoshan daily. Recently, local residents reported that "about two months ago, Koo was seen looking at a new apartment near Jinbaoshan." The apartment is located in a scenic area, with some units offering views of Jinbaoshan.
