Girls' Generation's Sunny Lends Her Voice to Climate Crisis Exhibition
Sunny from the popular K-pop group Girls' Generation is lending her voice to a special exhibition on climate crisis.

On the 29th, A2O Entertainment announced that Sunny will participate as an audio guide for the climate crisis exhibition 'Even on the Day the Waiting Ends,' which runs until October 26 at the Gyeonggi Museum of Art.

The exhibition 'Even on the Day the Waiting Ends' is designed to share empathy and reflection through art in an era of great change caused by climate crisis and global warming. Inspired by the poem of the same name by the late poet Kim Hyung-young, the exhibition features works that indirectly and metaphorically address themes related to 'renewable energy' as a solution to the depletion of fossil fuels and global warming.

Sunny, participating as an audio guide, will introduce various artworks that view the recovery from human-induced climate disasters from the perspective of nature. Given the significance of the exhibition addressing climate crisis, Sunny is participating as a talent donation. Her calm and profound narration is expected to enhance the immersion and resonance of the exhibition.

Celebrating her 18th debut anniversary this year, Sunny is a member of Girls' Generation and a versatile artist active in music, broadcasting, and musicals. She has contributed to numerous hit songs with Girls' Generation, leading the K-pop wave not only in Korea but worldwide. With her diverse talents and bright, approachable charm, she has continued a broad solo career. In April, she signed an exclusive contract with A2O Entertainment, founded by her uncle Lee Soo-man. Through 'Even on the Day the Waiting Ends,' she continues her 'all-rounder' activities by taking on the challenge of an audio guide.
