IVE's Jang Wonyoung Transforms into a Soldier for a Day: Shares Her Experience

IVE member Jang Wonyoung recently took on the role of a soldier for a day and shared her thoughts on the experience.

On October 28, Jang Wonyoung posted several photos and a video on her Instagram, accompanied by cute emojis.

In the shared posts, Jang Wonyoung can be seen wearing a military uniform, striking various poses. Notably, she saluted with enthusiasm, expressing her excitement. However, after undergoing training, she appeared exhausted, capturing the attention of her followers.

She initially used salute and heart emojis to express her feelings, but later switched to a tired emoji, indirectly conveying her fatigue.

Jang Wonyoung made a surprise guest appearance on the YouTube web variety show 'Convict' Season 6, Vacation Special Episode 3, where she participated in a military experience with EXO member Kai. While Kai seemed apprehensive about re-enlisting, Jang Wonyoung displayed her 'lucky Vicky mindset' by saying, "Isn't enlisting together okay? It sounds fun."

However, as the rigorous training began, Jang Wonyoung gradually lost her energy. She participated in intense physical training, including PT exercises, mountain running, and obstacle course training alongside actual military science students.

Jang Wonyoung even attempted to negotiate the number of PT exercises and jokingly asked, "Can I catch a taxi here?" during a break. During the training, she eventually apologized to Kai, saying, "I'm sorry for suggesting we come here!"
