Meanwhile, Kwon Eun-bi, born in 1995 and now 30 years old, has reportedly purchased a standalone house in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, for 2.4 billion KRW. The property, where she recently completed the final payment, is a small building with a basement and three above-ground floors, covering a land area of 106㎡ and a total floor area of 192.45㎡.
