Korean Actress Ko So-young Shares Her Anti-Aging Skincare Secrets

In the video, Ko visited the Noryangjin Fish Market with a friend of 30 years, enjoying seafood and daytime drinks. Discussing her current appearance on 'Oh Eun-young's Stay', she mentioned, "I need to take care of myself because of the filming. It's healing and nice during shoots, but the counseling sessions can last 7 to 9 hours, which is exhausting. I need to rejuvenate my body."

Initially uninterested in skincare, Ko admitted she started treatments after seeing her friends become more beautiful. "I received high-frequency base laser treatments, and it noticeably lifted my face. I had 600 shots from my face to my neck. Some friends say it doesn't hurt, just feels warm," she explained.
Ko also recommended a 'one mask a day' routine, saying, "I switch between lifting, moisturizing, and regenerating masks daily, applying them for 10 to 15 minutes. I also use a gua sha tool to improve blood circulation and have various massage devices." Her friend revealed, "Ko So-young looks really pretty after exfoliating," drawing attention.

She named Pilates and meditation as part of her routine, saying, "I started meditation to control my emotions, and it helped a lot. I began bowing exercises, doing 108 bows for 21 days. I even did 108 bows in 7 minutes to drink alcohol," she shared, adding humor.
Known for her drinking prowess, Ko recalled drinking four bottles of alcohol with a friend, explaining, "I drink during the day so it doesn't affect work the next day. The alcohol wears off early." She added, "I was once kicked out of a place for drinking too long because they had an evening reservation."
Meanwhile, Ko teased, "I'm a firm jjambbong fan, but my husband (Jang Dong-gun) prefers jjajang. If I reach 300,000 subscribers, we'll do a 'dipping vs. pouring' challenge together," raising anticipation.
