Jay Park Releases First Japanese Single 'Whenever' with Dual Language Versions

Jay Park has released his debut Japanese single.

On the 23rd, Jay Park dropped his first Japanese digital single 'Whenever' on various online music platforms worldwide.

'Whenever' is an R&B digital single that captures Jay Park's romantic sensibility. The song features his deeply emotional vocals and a sweet sound, available in both Japanese and English versions. The lyrics convey a romantic and sincere message of staying together no matter the circumstances.

Notably, DJ and producer NAKKID, known for collaborations with Japanese artists like EXILE TRIBE, E-girls, SEEDA, and RAUDEF, participated as a producer. This marks Jay Park's first attempt at singing in Japanese in his 17-year career.

The official video released alongside the single captivates with flyers scattered around, bearing the phrase 'Even if the world turns against us, I'll protect you with my life.'

Following the release of 'Whenever,' Jay Park will continue his 2025 Jay Park World Tour 'Serenades & Body Rolls' with performances in Yokohama on the 28th and Osaka on the 30th. He is set to perform 'Whenever' live for the first time during these shows.
