'A Time Called You' Triumphs at Blue Dragon Series Awards with Three Major Wins

'A Time Called You' celebrated a triumphant night, securing three major awards including the Grand Prize, Best Actress, and Best Supporting Actress.

The 4th Blue Dragon Series Awards took place on the 18th at Paradise City in Incheon, hosted by broadcaster Jun Hyun-moo and singer-actress Yoona.

The prestigious Grand Prize was awarded to the Netflix series 'A Time Called You'.

Park Bo-gum expressed his gratitude, saying, "I want to thank the staff who worked hard through all four seasons and viewers worldwide. I am grateful to have portrayed the character Gwan-sik, and I could shine more thanks to the child actors and senior actor Park Hae-joon. It was an honor to work with you all."

Earlier, during the Popular Star Award presentation, Lee Jun-young humorously addressed a mix-up where he mistakenly took the stage, saying, "It's a day when I get to touch the Blue Dragon trophy twice in my life," and publicly apologized to senior actor Lee Jun-hyuk, saying, "I'm sorry and I love you."

He continued, "I gained a lot of inspiration and joy while working on 'A Time Called You'. Thank you for loving our work."

Choi Dae-hoon, known for his role as 'Hak-ssi Ahjussi', remarked, "I'm not sure if I'm the right person to speak on behalf of everyone, but I'll work harder to bring you great projects."

Park Sang-hyun of Pan Entertainment, the production company behind 'A Time Called You', expressed his gratitude, saying, "I thank the writer, director, actors, staff, and viewers for allowing us to receive this great award." He dedicated the honor to Netflix, the production company, and the staff, adding, "They say stories have never disappeared from the side of love. We will strive to ensure the drama remains a small joy and inspiration."

Netflix commented, "We thank the global audience for sharing the joys and sorrows of Ae-soon and Gwan-sik, and we will continue to strive to present even better content."
