VIXX's Cha Hak Yeon Delights Fans with Creative Fan Meeting and Heartfelt Performances

VIXX member and actor Cha Hak Yeon recently concluded a successful fan meeting.

On the 29th of last month, Cha Hak Yeon hosted the '2025 Cha Hak Yeon Fan Meeting' at the Woonjung Green Campus Auditorium of Sungshin Women's University.

Cha Hak Yeon was actively involved in the planning and preparation stages of the fan meeting, showcasing his creativity. The event, titled 'Channel A! CHA HAK YEON,' was conducted with a YouTuber concept, inspired by his character 'Gyeon Woo' from the recent MBC drama 'No Moo Sa No Moo Jin,' offering fans a fresh and entertaining experience.

He opened the fan meeting with an emotional performance of the OST 'Running' from 'No Moo Sa No Moo Jin.' As he sang, Cha Hak Yeon moved through the audience, marking his first in-person meeting with domestic fans in about two years, expressing his affection from the start.

The fan meeting included discussions about his recent daily life, behind-the-scenes stories from 'No Moo Sa No Moo Jin' and 'Midnight Sun,' and episodes from VIXX's 13th debut anniversary live and his return to 'Inkigayo' after seven years to promote 'Midnight Sun.' Cha Hak Yeon engaged with fans, eliciting enthusiastic responses. He further energized the atmosphere with a K-POP dance challenge and showcased his vocal talent with a cover of Lee Mu Jin's 'Youth Comic,' leaving a deep impression on the audience.

During a real-time interaction session via an open chat room, fans participated eagerly. Cha Hak Yeon, with his witty and charming demeanor, created a warm atmosphere, strengthening his bond with fans. The fan meeting, held a day before his birthday on the 30th of last month, featured a surprise birthday song and cake, adding to the heartwarming ambiance with fans' enthusiastic applause.

Cha Hak Yeon expressed, "I was excited while preparing for the fan meeting. I hope this time together was a gift for you all. Thanks to the positive energy you gave me, I had a happy day. I hope this isn't the end and that you'll continue to be with me." His heartfelt message drew applause from the fans.

Overcome with emotion while singing 'Walking,' Cha Hak Yeon shed tears but returned to the stage to perform a cover of Shinhwa's 'Perfect Man' with a dance crew, showcasing his passion. The encore featured a medley of VIXX's hit songs, including 'Dynamite,' 'Love Equation,' 'Eternity,' and 'Time Machine,' creating a vibrant celebration with fans singing and dancing along. After the performance, Cha Hak Yeon personally greeted each departing fan, leaving a lasting impression with his sincere fan service.

Meanwhile, Cha Hak Yeon, who has been busy with the film 'Midnight Sun' and the drama 'No Moo Sa No Moo Jin,' is currently preparing for his next project.
