Actor Park Jeong-min's Publishing House Faces Prank Call Surge After 'You Quiz' Appearance

Actor Park Jeong-min's publishing company, 'Muje', has reported an overwhelming number of prank calls following his appearance on the TV show 'You Quiz on the Block'.

On the 16th, Muje's Instagram story featured a lengthy post titled 'Official Inquiries and Announcements from Muje'.

Muje expressed gratitude for the increased interest in their recent book release and Park Jeong-min's appearance on 'You Quiz', stating, "We sincerely thank you for the attention."

However, they also noted, "Since the 'You Quiz' episode aired, the number of prank calls has increased excessively, making it difficult to proceed with our work." They added, "Muje is currently operated by two people, and with the publishing tasks and book fair preparations, we are working overtime and on weekends. As a result, we are unable to manage phone inquiries."

Muje assured, "We will diligently review all inquiries and strive to respond as best as we can, even if it takes some time." They also mentioned, "We appreciate your support for the publishing house, and the best gift would be purchasing our books."

Additionally, Muje clarified, "We currently have no hiring plans," and apologized to those sending resumes post-broadcast.

They concluded, "We aim to build a more impressive and mature company, and for now, the two of us will do our best. We appreciate your support and apologize for any inconvenience."

Park Jeong-min, who is also an author, founded the one-person publishing house 'Muje' in 2020. His recent appearance on 'You Quiz' where he shared insights about his office and operations drew significant attention.
