Top Contenders Advance to Finals in the 13th Top Ten Awards

The preliminary voting for the 13th Top Ten Awards (TTA) has concluded, with Kim Taeyeon, Kim Hye-yoon, NiziU, Park Seo-jin, BTS's V and Jin, BLACKPINK's Jennie and Jisoo, ZenBlue, Cha Eun-woo, and Tomorrow X Together advancing to the finals. The final voting round is set to begin on June 5, promising a fierce competition.

The TTA, which aims to select the 'Best Global Artist,' held its preliminary voting from May 19 at 10 AM to June 1 at noon. The final voting will take place from June 5 at 10 AM to June 14 at noon.

The preliminary voting, conducted through the Idol Champ and Celeb Champ applications, determined the top two contenders in each category who will advance to the finals. The finalists include Kim Da-hyun, Kim Taeyeon, Kim Hye-yoon, NexG, NiziU, Park Seo-jin, BTS's V, BTS's Jin, Byun Woo-seok, BLACKPINK's Jennie, BLACKPINK's Jisoo, Son Tae-jin, ASTRO, Jang Min-ho, ZenBlue, Jisoo, Cha Eun-woo, TripleS, and Tomorrow X Together.

In the male group category, Tomorrow X Together secured the top spot, followed by ASTRO. In the female group category, NiziU and TripleS took the first and second places, respectively, advancing to the finals.

For the male idol solo category, BTS's V claimed the top position, with fellow member Jin following closely behind. In the female idol solo category, BLACKPINK's Jennie and Jisoo took the first and second places. In the rookie category, ZenBlue and NexG were the top contenders.

In the Celeb Champ application, Cha Eun-woo topped the male actor category, with Byun Woo-seok in second place. Kim Hye-yoon led the female actor category, followed by BLACKPINK's Jisoo.

In the male solo singer category, Park Seo-jin and Son Tae-jin took the first and second places. Kim Taeyeon and Kim Da-hyun led the female solo singer category. Park Seo-jin's 'Honey Tip' topped the Best Song category, with Jang Min-ho's 'Eurachachacha' in second place.

Organized by TenAsia, the 13th TTA is an event to select the best global artist for the first half of 2025. Artists representing K-pop and K-content are competing for the title of 'Best Global Artist' at the 13th TTA.

The top two artists from each category, selected through this preliminary round, will compete in the finals to be named the 'Best Global Artist for the First Half of 2025.'
