Lim Young-woong Tops Poll as Most Desired Night Palace Tour Companion Among Male Trot Singers

Lim Young-woong has been voted as the number one male trot singer people would like to enjoy a night palace tour with.

The poll, conducted by TenAsia from September 28 to October 5, asked participants to choose the male trot singer they would most like to accompany them on a night palace tour.

Lim Young-woong secured the top spot. On September 14, he released the OST single for JTBC's new weekend drama 'More Beautiful Than Heaven,' which dominated various music charts. Lim also made his mark on global music charts, including the US Billboard and the UK Official Charts. In March, he generously donated 400 million won to aid neighbors affected by wildfires.

Coming in second was Song Min-jun, who gained recognition through 'Mr. Trot 2' and has expanded his musical repertoire through performances on stages like 'Current King of Singers 2.' He is currently connecting with fans through the '2025 Current King of Singers 2 National Tour Concert.' Song has captivated audiences with his performances on 'Masked Singer' and 'Current King of Singers 2,' and is loved for his striking physique and pure charm.

Park Hyun-ho claimed the third spot. On the September 30 episode of Channel A's 'Modern Men's Life – Groom Class,' he and Eun Ga-eun were shown getting married amidst the blessings of many guests. Singer Lee Chan-won, who played matchmaker for the couple, officiated the ceremony, revealing, "I am here because I am close to the bride and groom. I was the one who introduced them." He added, "When I heard about their relationship, I promised to officiate, give the congratulatory song, and even handle the wedding gifts if they got married. I was surprised they actually did!"

Currently, on the Top Ten TenAsia website, polls are being conducted on topics such as 'Which female singer would you like to walk with in Seoul Forest this warm spring?' and 'Which male trot singer would you like to walk with in Seoul Forest this warm spring?' among others.
