EXO's Baekhyun's Agency INB100 Takes Legal Action Against Malicious Posts and False Information

On the 15th, INB100 released an official statement declaring, "To protect the rights of our artist Baekhyun, we have been continuously monitoring and collecting evidence of malicious posts and comments based on reports from fans." The agency further stated that they have filed a complaint with the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station using the collected evidence.
The legal complaint includes charges of defamation, spreading false information, and sexual harassment. The agency noted that the problematic posts were found on platforms such as 'X' (formerly Twitter), YouTube, and various online communities and cafes.
INB100 emphasized, "We will continue to monitor malicious posts and thoroughly review materials provided by fans to collect and preserve evidence, ensuring strong legal action is taken." They also stressed that there will be no leniency or settlements regarding these actions, and they are committed to protecting the rights of their artists and members.
Meanwhile, Baekhyun recently released 'Do What You Do,' a collaboration with American singer-songwriter UMI.

This is INB100.
We would like to update you on the legal proceedings regarding the spread of false information and malicious posts related to Baekhyun.
To protect the rights of our artist Baekhyun, we have been continuously monitoring and collecting evidence of malicious posts and comments based on reports from fans on SNS (X, YouTube, etc.), online communities (DC Inside, TheQoo, Nate Pann, etc.), and Daum cafes (Women's Generation, SoulDresser, Jjukbang Cafe, etc.).
Based on the collected evidence, we filed a complaint on the 15th with the Seoul Gwangjin Police Station for charges including defamation, spreading false information, and sexual harassment.
We will continue to monitor malicious posts and thoroughly review materials provided by fans to collect and preserve evidence, ensuring strong legal action is taken.
We will respond firmly to any malicious actions against our artists and members without any leniency or settlements, and we are committed to protecting the rights of our artists.
