Actor Kang Yoo-seok, who debuted in the 2018 drama 'God's Quiz: Reboot,' is set to showcase a diverse range of performances. Recently appearing as IU's younger brother in 'You Have Done Well,' he has been cast in leading roles in the upcoming dramas 'Someday Wise Resident Life' and 'Seocho-dong,' raising expectations.

A graduate of the Korea National University of Arts, Kang has solidified his position as an actor by appearing in popular works such as 'Hymn of Death,' 'Dr. Romantic 2,' and 'Start-Up.' He has since established himself as a leading rookie through 'Payback' and 'Delivery Man.' In addition to TV, he has also appeared in web dramas, expanding his reach to younger audiences.

In 2020, Kang was active in five productions, including 'Dr. Romantic 2,' 'Mystic Pop-up Bar,' 'Once Again,' 'Start-Up,' and the web drama 'Want to Do Well.' He took on roles of varying sizes, from special appearances to supporting and leading roles. In the upcoming drama 'Someday Wise Resident Life,' set to premiere next month, Kang Yoo-seok stars alongside Go Yoon-jung, Shin Si-ah, and Han Ye-ji, portraying the story of residents growing into doctors. Despite criticisms of its detachment from medical reality, the drama's anticipation is high following the positive reception of 'You Have Done Well.'

Kang Yoo-seok continues his busy schedule in 'Seocho-dong,' Lee Jong-suk's comeback drama after three years. Set in the Seocho-dong legal district, this youth drama depicts the daily lives of associate lawyers at a law firm. Starring alongside Moon Ga-young and Ryu Hye-young, Kang is expected to bring fresh energy to the screen. With Lee Jong-suk's return and Moon Ga-young's portrayal of a professional character, the drama is drawing attention.
