HYBE Chairman Bang Si-hyuk's Bel-Air Mansion Escapes LA Wildfire Unscathed

According to industry sources on the 21st, Bang's property, located on Stradella Road in Bel-Air, one of the most prestigious areas in Los Angeles, was spared from the large-scale LA wildfires.
Bel-Air was on the brink of evacuation orders due to the fires, but Bang's mansion managed to avoid any damage. Pop stars Beyoncé and Jay-Z, who also own a home in the same area, reportedly avoided significant damage but evacuated to Las Vegas as a precaution.
In 2022, Bang Si-hyuk purchased the mansion from comedian Trevor Noah for $26.4 million. Trevor Noah had acquired the property from architect Mark Rios for $27.5 million in late 2020 and lived there for a year before selling it to Bang. Other notable residents of the area include pop singer Beyoncé and Jay-Z, as well as actors Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck.
Bel-Air, located in West LA, is a luxurious enclave home to Hollywood celebrities and famous sports stars. Bang's grand mansion spans three stories with over 10,980 square feet of living space, featuring six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a library, gym, lounge, separate wine room, sauna and massage facilities, a rooftop terrace, and an infinity pool.
Media outlets suggest that Bang's acquisition of the mansion was driven by the need to establish a more permanent presence in the U.S. as part of his company's expansion strategy.
According to Forbes, Bang Si-hyuk's net worth is estimated at $2.9 billion.
