BTS's J-Hope Reaches 1.1 Billion Won in Personal Donations with Latest Contribution

BTS member J-Hope has reached a cumulative personal donation amount of 1.1 billion won.

On October 2nd, the Hope Bridge Korea Disaster Relief Association, led by Chairman Song Pil-ho, announced that J-Hope had donated 100 million won to support the victims of the Jeju Air passenger plane crash.

J-Hope stated, "Upon hearing the news of the accident, I decided to donate to provide some assistance to the bereaved families." He added, "I extend my deepest condolences and sympathy to the bereaved families and everyone affected by this tragic incident."

In response to J-Hope's donation, Shin Hoon, Secretary General of Hope Bridge, expressed gratitude, saying, "We are thankful for J-Hope's heartfelt contribution to the bereaved families. We will do our utmost to ensure that the warm donation from J-Hope is fully delivered to the families."

With this latest donation, J-Hope has reached a total of 1.1 billion won in personal donations. As a member of the 'Hope Bridge Honors Club,' a group of high-value donors, J-Hope had already accumulated donations amounting to 1 billion won by last year.
