Uhm Tae-goo and Kim Seol-hyun Celebrate Their 'Soulmate' Bond on YouTube Show

Uhm Tae-goo and Kim Seol-hyun proudly declared themselves as 'soulmates'.

On the 26th, the YouTube variety show 'Salon Drip 2' released an episode titled 'Who Says Uhm Tae-goo is Quiet | EP.67 Kim Hee-won, Uhm Tae-goo, Kim Seol-hyun | Salon Drip 2'. This episode featured director Kim Hee-won and actors Uhm Tae-goo and Kim Seol-hyun from Disney+'s 'Lighting Store'.

Uhm Tae-goo is known for being a man of few words. Kim Seol-hyun noted, "Uhm Tae-goo seems to talk more now, perhaps due to his increased activities." Jang Do-yeon asked Uhm, "When do you feel comfortable around people?" Uhm replied, "It varies with each person." He humorously added, "During the filming of 'The Great Battle', I didn't say more than five words," to which Kim Seol-hyun added, "For over a year, we exchanged no more than five words, mostly just 'good job'."

However, Kim Seol-hyun revealed that they have now become "best friends and soulmates" through their recent project. She shared, "On set, the senior actors would discuss around Uhm Tae-goo, who remained silent, but it was a lively atmosphere."

Uhm Tae-goo mentioned that he and Seol-hyun "talked quite a bit." Seol-hyun humorously confirmed, "We're best friends, right? Soulmates." Uhm, who was quietly smiling, agreed, "Soulmates, I love it. People often ask why we don't talk much despite being close, so we started saying, 'We're best friends, soulmates.'"

Jang Do-yeon inquired about their conversation topics, to which they replied that they discuss travel, dogs, and exercise. Uhm Tae-goo shyly added, "When I'm with my younger friends, I joke around a lot."
