Suhyun Corrects Misinformation About Her Profile
Actress Suhyun has clarified misinformation regarding her profile.

Recently, Suhyun, the lead actress of the upcoming film 'Ordinary Family,' was interviewed at a café in Sogyeok-dong, Seoul, ahead of the movie's release.

'Ordinary Family' is a suspense film depicting the collapse of a family after siblings and their spouses witness their children's crime scene on CCTV. The film is based on Herman Koch's novel 'The Dinner.' Suhyun plays the role of Jisoo, who is married to Jaewan (played by Seol Kyung-gu), a man who has lost his former wife.

An online user-contributed encyclopedia had previously stated that Suhyun took a three-year hiatus after 2013 to reconsider her acting career and worked at an NGO's headquarters in Switzerland, which led her back to acting. Suhyun refuted this, saying, "There are many inaccuracies. I don't know where this information came from," clarifying that it is not true. She added, "There is an NGO called Compassion. I participated in activities like singing and dancing on stage as a form of talent donation. Many actors were involved, including senior actor Yoo Ji-tae. I did not work there." She also mentioned that she never intended to quit acting.

Additionally, the information that Suhyun attended and dropped out of a master's program in Film Arts at Sejong University was also incorrect. Suhyun stated, "I never went to graduate school. I don't even know where Sejong University is," and explained, "I didn't have time for graduate school. I was modeling at that time. I completed my university studies through online lectures while busy with drama shoots."

'Ordinary Family' is set to be released on the 16th.
