BLACKPINK's Jennie Denies Dating Rumors with GOT7's BamBam After Paparazzi Photos Surface

The dating rumors between BLACKPINK's Jennie and GOT7's BamBam have been dismissed by Jennie after paparazzi photos of the two meeting in the United States surfaced.

Jennie's agency, OA, told TenAsia on the 19th, "The dating rumors with BamBam are completely unfounded," and clarified, "The two met in the U.S. for a meal due to their usual friendship, and there is no truth to the dating rumors."

Photos of Jennie and BamBam walking side by side have been spreading on online communities. According to the posts, Jennie and BamBam dined with acquaintances at a Japanese restaurant in Los Angeles. The restaurant is known to be frequented by Hollywood stars such as Justin Bieber, Hailey Bieber, and Kendall Jenner.

In the photos, Jennie and BamBam are seen smiling at each other and walking without concern for the surrounding attention. The affectionate appearance in the paparazzi photos led some to speculate about a romantic relationship between the two.

Jennie, born in January 1996, and BamBam, born in May 1997, are close in age. Some netizens speculate that their similar ages may have contributed to their close friendship.

Jennie, who has confirmed her comeback in October, will first meet viewers through a variety show. She will appear as the eighth Gabriel in JTBC's 'My Name is Gabriel.' Additionally, Jennie, who left YG for solo activities, has partnered with the major U.S. record label Columbia Records for her comeback and is in the midst of preparations.

BamBam released his new mini-album 'BAMESIS' on August 8th. He is also making a mark in variety shows such as tvN's 'Business Genius Baeksajang.'
