Stray Kids' Felix Donates 100 Million Won to UNICEF and World Vision on His Birthday
Stray Kids' Felix has shared the love he received by practicing good deeds.
On September 15, Felix celebrated his birthday by donating 50 million won each to UNICEF and World Vision, totaling 100 million won. The funds donated to UNICEF and World Vision will be used for nutrition and water sanitation support projects for children in Laos and the 'Achingmukko' breakfast support project for children in need in South Korea, respectively.
World Vision has inducted Felix into the Bob Pierce Honor Club. Named after World Vision's founder, the Bob Pierce Honor Club is a group of high-value donors who have contributed over 100 million won and are committed to addressing various global issues and promoting the value of sharing.
Previously, Felix donated 100 million won to the Korean Committee for UNICEF to support children in Laos struggling with poor nutrition and water sanitation, making him the youngest member and the first member of 2024 to join the UNICEF Honors Club.
Felix expressed his feelings, saying, "I want to continue adding strength and love to protect the pure hearts of children. Sharing the precious love I received from fans made my birthday even more special. I hope the donations reach those in need."
Meanwhile, Stray Kids successfully concluded their new world tour performances held at KSPO DOME in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, from August 24-25 and August 31-September 1. The group recorded sold-out shows for all four performances, marking the start of their largest world tour to date. They will continue their 'global headliner' momentum by performing at various stadiums, including Singapore National Stadium, Melbourne Marvel Stadium, Sydney Allianz Stadium, Kaohsiung National Stadium, Bangkok National Stadium, and Jakarta Gelora Bung Karno Madya Stadium.
