Lee Young-ji, confession of unfortunate family history, “It’s been a long time since I left my father’s house”

Rapper Lee Young-ji attracted attention by confessing to her unhappy family life.

Youngji Lee talked about her father while explaining the recently released mini album '16 Fantasy' on KBS 2TV's 'The Seasons - Zico's Artist'.

When MC Zico asked if there was a song in this album that contained a story close to the story of 'Human Lee Young-ji', Lee Young-ji chose, "It's the double title song 'Unknown Uncle'."

Lee Young-ji said, "I have lived as a family member who does not live with my father. It has been so long since my father left home and has not been seen that I barely remember him. I am happy with the remaining members. I do not know him as he disappeared. “It contains my personal intention of wanting to be thought of as ‘uncle,’” he explained.

Zico responded, “The speaker is cynical, but there is something touching about the person who accepts it.” Youngji Lee performed 'Unknown Uncle' and delivered the message 'To all children who have a choice' in subtitles.

Meanwhile, Lee Young-ji performed the new song 'Small girl' (feat. Do Kyung-soo (DO)) live for the first time on this day. When MC Zico said that the kissing scene with Do Kyung-soo was a hot topic, he said, "I strongly protested to the director about the kissing scene. But he said, 'If they say they will do it, let's do it.' But I thought it would be rude if I refused the kissing scene, so I refused. “I thought it would be nice if you did it,” he said of the story behind it.

Zico said that Do Kyung-soo, whom he had always been close with, first played the demo of 'Small Girl' and advised him, "I think it will be a good synergy." He also said that he supported the project behind the scenes.
