Signature, will it ‘plop’

Girl group cignature presents a ‘sweet and salty’ sensibility with their new title song ‘Pungdong’.

Signature (Chaesol, Jiwon, Celine, Chloe, Semi, Dohee) posted the tracklist image and album preview video of their fifth EP 'Sweetie but Saltie' on their official SNS and YouTube channels at midnight on the 3rd and 4th. They were released one after another.

Through this, the song titles, credits, and sound sources of a total of 4 songs included in Signature's EP, including the title song 'Plop', the Korean and English versions of 'I like I like', and 'Melody', were revealed. Some were unveiled for the first time.

Among them, 'Pump' and 'I like I like' were produced by Ryan Jeon, a representative K-pop producer, following Signature's previous work 'Hello, Greetings (Smooth Sailing)'. In addition, producers such as KZ, who participated in all of Signature's past four mini albums, and Anna Timgren, who worked with idol groups such as Aespa, Twice, and Oh My Girl, participated in each track to improve the level of perfection.

'Plop', a refreshing song from its title, is an attractive song with Signature's sweet and honest 'sweet and salty' sensibility. The intuitive lyrics about falling in love without hesitation and the funky sound are creating a strong addiction just from the album preview, further heightening expectations for the signature summer song.

In addition, the Korean version of 'I like I like' emphasizes the lively and lively signature of the song, while the English version emphasizes the natural chemistry between the members, providing a different enjoyment for listening. Another song 'Melody' also catches the ear with only its delicate and lyrical highlight section.
