Madonna's concert was scheduled to start at 8:30 pm that day. However, the performance that day did not start until after 10 p.m. He claimed that Madonna, who went on stage, asked to turn off the air conditioner in the concert hall, and that the audience ended up suffering from the heat.

Afterwards, when the audience complained about the heat and asked them to turn on the air conditioner, Madonna reportedly swore, saying, "I'm cold. If you're hot, take off your clothes."

Ripeles also said that Madonna fooled the audience by performing with obvious lip sync. He also said of some of the dancers on stage, "I was forced to watch bare-breasted women imitating sexual acts on stage."

“Forcing the audience to wait for hours in a hot and uncomfortable concert hall and exposing them to pornography without warning proves Madonna’s disrespect for her fans,” he said. “It was like watching a pornographic film.”
