“Stray Kids, best dressed at ‘Met Gala 2024’”
Stray Kids attended the 'Met Gala 2024' held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, USA on the 6th (local time). The Met Gala, a fashion charity fundraising event held every year on the first Monday of May since 1948, selects a specific costume theme each year and invites celebrities from around the world. Stray Kids, Tommy Hilfiger's global ambassadors, attracted attention by being the first K-pop group to participate in this year's 'Met Gala', and their costumes were a combination of the brand's signature details and a petal pattern tailored to the event's dress code, 'Garden of Time'. In particular, several overseas media such as GQ, British GQ, Rolling Stone, and Billboard attracted attention by selecting Stray Kids as the best dressers who lit up 'Met Gala 2024'. GQ and British GQ praised Stray Kids, saying, “It is unprecedented for all members of a K-pop group to appear at the ‘Met Gala.’”
Rolling Stone, a leading American music magazine, borrowed the name of Skiz's 3rd full-length album '★★★★★ (5-STAR)' (Five Star) and called them "5-STAR fashion", and Billboard also named them best dressed. It was selected as Attention is focused on the future actions of Stray Kids, who have made a mark as icons leading not only the world music market but also the global fashion world.
Stray Kids released a new digital single 'Lose My Breath (Feat. Charlie Puth)' on the 10th ahead of their upcoming summer comeback. Bang Chan, Changbin, Han, and Charlie Puth of the group's producing team 3RACHA wrote, composed, and arranged the song, and expressed the unfamiliar emotions of meeting someone for the first time through the lyrics. Even before its official release, listeners at home and abroad were enthusiastic about the new song, which was highly anticipated as the strongest combination of 'SKZ I sent a response.
