New Jeans Daniel selected as sole MC

Daniel from the group NewJeans is carrying out his activities without a hitch despite the internal conflict at his agency.

'2024 Korea On Stage - New Generation' (hereinafter referred to as 'Korea On Stage'), hosted by the National Heritage Administration and hosted by the National Heritage Promotion Agency and KBS Korea Broadcasting, will be held on the special stage in front of Heungnyemun Gate in Gyeongbokgung Palace at 7:30 pm on the 21st.

'Korea on Stage' is the first performance featuring Korea's representative national heritage and marks its 5th anniversary this year. Last year, it was held at Wembley Arena in London, the capital of England, to commemorate the 140th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Korea and the United Kingdom. This year, it was held at Gyeongbokgung Palace, the royal palace in Korea, to commemorate the transition of cultural assets to a new name, national heritage, for the first time in 60 years.

The MC for this 'Korea On Stage' was Daniel from New Jeans, the center of the Korean Wave and the leader of the current K-pop market. Daniel is loved for his unique atmosphere and attractive mask, and is active as a global icon, having been selected as an ambassador for various brands.

Daniel, who is in charge of hosting 'Korea On Stage', is raising even more expectations as he will also act as a special presenter in English to promote the greatness of our national heritage to the world.

Meanwhile, 'Korea On Stage' will be broadcast on KBS 2TV at 11:30 pm on the 21st and broadcast to 142 countries through KBS World. You can also apply for an audience through the 'Korea On Stage' website from 1 PM on the 8th.
