Jang Yoon-jeong, 'GD resident' Nine One Hannam 12 billion won sale

Trot singer Jang Yun-jeong and announcer Do Kyung-wan's couple sold Nine One Hannam in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul for 12 billion won. It is reported that 7 billion won in market profit was made three years after the property was sold.

According to the real estate industry on the 2nd, Jang Yun-jeong and his wife sold Nine One Hannam's exclusive area of 244 m2 in their joint names for 5 billion won in March 2021, and after 3 years and 2 months, they sold it for 12 billion won, the highest price for the flat unit.

This transaction exceeded the actual transaction price of 245㎡ (KRW 11.5 billion) for the 7th building of Hyundae University in Apgujeong-dong, Gangnam-gu, which was transacted last March. It is also the highest amount among actual apartment transaction prices registered this year.

The previous transaction price for the same area as Nine One Hannam was 9 billion won in December 2021. Even compared to this amount, it jumped by 3 billion won.

Nine One Hannam, which opened in November 2019, is a low-rise luxury housing complex with 341 households built in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu. Nine One Hannam is known to be owned by BTS members RM and Jimin and singer G-Dragon. The official price of the exclusive 244.72㎡ floor plan is 10.67 billion won.
