Min Hee-jin, responded to Hybe's audit questionnaire

Min Hee-jin, CEO of Ador, a label under Hybe, spoke out about the 'suspicion of management hijacking' raised by Hybe, but the details were not made public.

On the 24th, Hybe officials announced that they had received a response to the audit questionnaire from CEO Min. However, he added that the contents of the answer cannot be made public. An official said, "It is written that strong legal action will be taken if the contents are disclosed to the outside world."

Previously, on the 22nd, Hybe began an audit after reporting that CEO Min had attempted to seize management rights from Ador. Hybe also sent CEO Min an audit questionnaire containing about 30 questions related to the suspicions.

Accordingly, CEO Min delivered the response to Hybe before 6 PM on the 24th, when the response deadline was imminent.

So far, CEO Min has claimed that Hybe is trying to fire him in retaliation. It is said to be retaliation for raising suspicions that the group Aillet copied the concept of the group New Jeans.

Although Eyelet debuted last month, industry insiders believe that CEO Min's claims lack credibility because Hybe is judging the timing of CEO Min's plan to seize management rights to be early this year.
