Girl group Blackpink's Lisa was crowned the global building shopping king. After purchasing a single-family home worth 7.5 billion won in Seongdong, Seoul, he also bought a mansion in the United States worth 5.5 billion won.

On the 16th (local time), Mansion Global, an American real estate media outlet, reported that Lisa purchased a mansion in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, California, for about $3.95 million (about 5.5 billion won).

According to reports, the mansion Lisa purchased is located on a large area surrounded by hills, providing excellent privacy. It is a huge site measuring approximately 1.3 acres (1,591 pyeong) and is located on the hillside of Coldwater Canyon, which runs along the Santa Monica Mountains.

According to real estate records, the mansion was built in 1924, but LA-based design firm House of Rollison purchased it last year for $2.36 million and remodeled it. The house, which has been transformed in the style of an English country house, has four bedrooms, stone floors, vaulted wooden ceilings and is covered in vines. It is also equipped with olive trees and shrub landscaping, as well as a swimming pool and related facilities.

Previously, in July 2022, Lisa purchased a single-family home (total floor area of 208.48 pyeong) with one basement level and two above-ground floors in Seongbuk-dong for 7.5 billion won. Lisa said on her YouTube channel last month, "This is my house," and said, "I will reveal it to commemorate the first loud video upload." Lisa's house, which was revealed, attracted attention with its clean interior, spacious living room, and high ceiling. Regarding this, Lisa said, " “I worked really hard on remodeling,” he said with a proud smile.

Lisa, who has accumulated wealth through Blackpink and personal activities, is said to have recently been purchasing real estate in Korea and overseas. Lisa has shown interest in real estate in the past. In the past, Lisa gave 1 billion won to her former manager, Mr. Jeong, who said he would look into real estate, but faced a crisis of not being able to get it back. It is known that Mr. Jeong, the manager who has been with Blackpink since their debut, gambled away the money he received from Lisa. Lisa did not sue the manager, but ended the case by receiving 1 billion won in reimbursement over a certain period of time.
