SHINee's Onew and Taemin end their exclusive contracts with SM Entertainment
According to the music industry on the 5th, Onew will finalize his exclusive contract with SM Entertainment in the first half of this year. The future destination is unknown.
Onew debuted in the music industry in 2008 as a member of SM Entertainment's group SHINee. Afterwards, she received great love for her roles in ‘You’re So Pretty’, ‘View’, ‘Ring Ding Dong’, and ‘Sherlock’.
In addition, he has continued to be active, such as releasing his first solo album 'Voice' in 2018 and holding his first solo concert in March of last year.
However, Onew continued to promote SHINee's 8th full-length album to commemorate the 15th anniversary of his debut, but halted his activities due to poor physical condition and other reasons.
