'Idol rapper caught having sex with ex-girlfriend on hidden camera with eye patch on', first trial today (8th)
The first trial of Mr. Choi, a rapper from an idol group who is accused of illegally filming parts of his girlfriend's body, will be held today (8th).

On the morning of the 8th, at the Criminal Division 4 of the Seoul Western District Court, a trial will be held for Mr. Choi, who is indicted on charges of filming and distributing using a camera, etc. under the Sexual Violence Punishment Act.

Mr. Choi is accused of filming sex scenes and parts of his body with his ex-girlfriend, whom he dated for about 10 months from 2022 to last year, about 18 times using a silent camera app. It was discovered that he encouraged his ex-girlfriend to have sex while wearing an eye patch and then secretly committed the crime by using a silent camera application.

Accordingly, the ex-girlfriend discovered Choi's illegally filmed video in May of last year and filed a complaint to Yongsan Police Station in the same month, and Yongsan Police Station in Seoul sent Mr. A to the prosecution in September of last year. Afterwards, in early December of last year, the prosecution indicted Mr. Choi without detention on charges of violating the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (filming using cameras, etc.).

During the police investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Choi had also illegally taken photos of other women in addition to Ms. A. I filmed the back of Mr. B, who I met at a bar last year, lying down in his underwear. However, the suspicion of externally distributing it has not been confirmed.

Mr. Choi debuted as a member of a 5-member male group in 2017, but stopped his entertainment activities in 2019 due to health problems.
