TWS wins 3 music broadcast awards

Group TWS (Tours) added another music broadcast trophy with their debut song ‘First Meeting Didn’t Go As Planed.’

TWS (Shinyu, Dohoon, Youngjae, Hanjin, Jihoon, Kyungmin) appeared on MBC M's 'Show!' which aired on the 21st. He took first place on 'Champion' with the title song 'First meeting didn't go as planned' from his 1st mini album 'Sparkling Blue' and won 3 music broadcast awards. TWS performed 'Show!' with this song for two consecutive weeks without appearing on TV. He held the ‘Champion’ trophy in his arms.

TWS said through its agency, “We are so grateful to our fans that we cannot express it in words. “Just as we always promise before practice, ‘Let’s be better today than yesterday,’ we will become a TWS that grows every day to repay your love and support,” he said.

'First meeting doesn't go as planned', which tells the story of overcoming the vagueness faced in the excitement of a first meeting with anticipation of bright days together in the future, is released through Melon, Vibe, Bugs, Spotify Korea, Apple Music Korea, and Genie Music. It ranked in the ‘Top 10’ of daily charts on most music sites such as , Flo, etc.

After being active on music shows for a total of 4 weeks, TWS began follow-up activities with the song 'BFF' from their 1st mini album. TWS performed 'BFF' for the first time on a music show on SBS M and SBS FiL's 'The Show' on the 20th, followed by Mnet's 'M Countdown' on the 22nd, KBS2's 'Music Bank' on the 23rd, and MBC's 'On the 24th. show! Music Core' and SBS' 'Inkigayo' on the 25th will also perform with this song.

Meanwhile, the documentary 'TWS DOCUMENT 2024.01.22', which contains the scene of TWS' domestic debut showcase, will be broadcast on the Fuji TV TWO channel, Japan's largest private broadcaster, at 9 pm on the 8th of next month. TWS is the first time that a K-pop group's Korean debut is covered in an exclusive documentary on Fuji TV.
