After the investigation on November 4, there was a need for additional investigation, so the investigation was conducted again on December 23, and at the time of the investigation, “The defense requested that the investigation into the deceased’s allegations and the additional damage investigation into the blackmail case be completed at once, and a lengthy investigation was conducted in order to fully listen to the deceased’s statement,” he said.

Meanwhile, Lee Seon-gyun was found dead in a car in a parking lot near Waryong Park in Jongno-gu, Seoul around 10:30 am on the 27th. Traces of one lightning bomb were found. After confirming Lee Sun-gyun's death, the police placed Lee Sun-gyun's body in an ambulance and transported it to Seoul National University Hospital around 12 p.m.
Lee Sun-kyun's funeral is set up in Room 1 of the funeral hall at Seoul National University Hospital in Jongno-gu, Seoul, and condolences from the film and entertainment industry have been coming for the second day. His wife, Jeon Hye-jin, and the deceased's two older brothers and sister were named as mourners. The entrance ceremony was held at 11 am on this day. According to the funeral home, Lee Seon-gyun's funeral was held at 12 noon on the 29th, and the burial site was changed to Suwon Yeonhwajang (Suwonjang).
