Police "In the final stages of investigation into GD drug charges, Lee Sun-kyun is summoned for investigation related to blackmail."

When asked about the status of the investigation into G-Dragon at a regular press conference on the 11th, Woo Jong-soo, head of the National Investigation Headquarters of the National Police Agency, said, "We have conducted objective verification and investigated about 6 witnesses, so the investigation is somewhat nearing completion. We will conclude the results as quickly as possible." “I will inform you,” he said.
Previously, based on the statement of A (29, female), the manager of an entertainment establishment in Gangnam, Seoul, who is currently detained, the police suspected that G-Dragon had taken drugs at the entertainment establishment in December of last year and began an investigation. After being booked on drug charges, G-Dragon strongly denied the charges and actively worked to prove his innocence by voluntarily appearing at the police station and submitting his body hair, urine, and fingernails. Afterwards, the National Institute of Forensic Science (National Forensic Service), including a quick test, released analysis results for body hair and fingernails, but all received negative results.

The police plan to additionally summon actor Lee Sun-gyun, who is also being investigated for drug use. The statement is that an intensive investigation will be conducted regarding Lee Sun-gyun's complaint against Mr. A and one other person on charges of blackmail.
