Baek Sung-hyun and Lee Min-young bid a sad farewell, “Please enjoy this wonderful work.”
In the making video of KBS 2TV's epic drama 'Goryeo Khitan War', a special project for the 50th anniversary of KBS Public Broadcasting, which was released on the 20th, Kim Dong-jun (playing Wang Sun) and Shim So-young (playing Choi Sang-gung), who showed a bloody confrontational relationship in the drama, take good care of each other. It brought warmth to the viewers.
The scene where Lee Won-jong (playing the role of Kang Jo), who is about to film the 'Kang Jo's Coup' scene, mounts a horse and practices his lines also caught people's attention. Before filming began, he made the atmosphere cheerful with witty comments, but once filming began, he showed off his strong charisma and overwhelmed the audience with his conflicting charms.
The last filming of Baek Sung-hyeon (playing the role of Mokjong) and Lee Min-young (playing the role of Empress Cheonchu), who had to leave the 'Khitan War of Goryeo' due to a tragic end, was also revealed. The two people who finished filming with complete immersion until the last moment said, “Every scene was so overwhelming and an honor. I think it will be my pride in the future. “I hope you enjoy the wonderful work we worked hard to create,” he said, waving a sad farewell.
Kim Dong-jun, who finally ascended to the throne, appeared wearing a dragon robe and a crown, revealing the majesty of an emperor. Standing in front of his subjects shouting for independence, he said, “I have finally entered the main hall of the palace. “I hope the early scenes of Hyeonjong, who is awkward about the pose, are captured well,” he said.
The scene of Choi Soo-jong (played by Kang Gam-chan) hurrying to Gaegyeong was also included. Choi Soo-jong proved that he is a 'master of historical dramas' by freely using camera movements, perfect chemistry, and even voice tone.
In particular, as soon as he arrived at the filming site, Choi Soo-jong warmly greeted the on-site staff and livened up the atmosphere of the site. Choi Soo-jong, who did not hesitate to give warm advice to minor actors, also showed off his unique and cheerful ad-libs, making people smile.
Previously, in the 3rd and 4th episodes of 'Goryeo Khitan War', which aired on the 18th and 19th, Mokjong and Kim Chi-yang (played by Gong Jeong-hwan) met a tragic end due to Gang Jo's coup. The appearance of Yayul Yongseo (played by Kim Hyuk), the Khitan emperor who declared war against Goryeo using the assassination of King Mokjong as justification, also created tension.
KBS Public Broadcasting's 50th Anniversary Special Project Episode 5 of KBS 2TV's historical drama 'Goryeo Khitan War' will be broadcast at 9:25 pm on the 25th.
