G-Dragon, who was suspected of drug use, voluntarily appeared at the police station.
Singer G-Dragon (35, real name Kwon Ji-yong), who is suspected of drug use, voluntarily appeared at the police for his first investigation.
Mr. Kwon, who is suspected of drug use under the Narcotics Control Act, voluntarily appeared at the Incheon Police Agency Drug Crime Investigation Office at Nonhyeon Police Station in Incheon at around 1:20 pm on the 6th.
Regarding the reason for his voluntary attendance, G-Dragon said, “I have to go and find out.” When asked if he admitted to the charge of drug use, he firmly replied, "I have no facts of drug-related crime," and "I came here to reveal that, so I will be investigated sooner rather than talking about it for a long time." When asked when he dyed or bleached his hair, G-Dragon insisted, "I never did it." When asked, "Do you think it was an unreasonable investigation by the police, or have you ever been to an entertainment establishment in Gangnam, Seoul," he answered, "We'll have to wait and see."
The police plan to conduct a simple reagent test on Mr. Kwon to first check whether he has taken any medications, then collect urine and hair and request a detailed analysis from the National Institute of Forensic Science. In addition, the mobile phone will be randomly submitted and secured, and the relationship with the current doctor who gave drugs to Kwon through Mr. A (29, female, arrested), the manager of an entertainment establishment in Gangnam, Seoul, will be investigated.
