‘Cha Yoo-ram’s Husband’ Lee Ji-seong “Netflix Korean Drama, Representative of Leftist Anti-Christianism”
Writer Lee Ji-seong (49), known to the public as the husband of billiards player Cha Yu-ram, resolutely criticized anti-Christianism in Netflix dramas.
Writer Lee Ji-seong said on the 31st, "The anti-Christianism of the left, represented by Netflix Korean dramas, is at the level of mental illness. Their hatred of Protestants is rooted in North Korea's Juche ideology, which believes in Kim Il-sung as God, and is in line with their hatred of Syngman Rhee." He wrote:
He concluded the article by saying, "They cannot tolerate the Republic of Korea, which was built on Syngman Rhee's theory of entering Christianity. If that is the case, then just go to the North. North Korea is where they should be, not the free Republic of Korea."
Writer Lee Ji-seong appears to have voiced criticism about the current situation in which anti-Christianity has reached a serious level in Netflix's Korean dramas.
Meanwhile, Lee Ji-seong married Cha Yu-ram in June 2015. He has one son and one daughter.Below is the full text of author Lee Ji-seong’s post:Represented by Netflix Korean dramas
The anti-Christianity of the left is at the level of mental illness.
Their hatred of Protestants
Believing that Kim Il-sung is God
It is rooted in North Korea’s Juche ideology.
It goes along with the hatred of Syngman Rhee.
They were founded on Syngman Rhee’s theory of entering Christianity.
I can't stand Korea.
Then just go north.
North Korea is where they should be
It is not a free Republic of Korea.
