In the video, Seo Ha-yan shows herself carrying out various schedules during the year-end and New Year holidays. On the day of the 2022 SBS Entertainment Awards, Seo Ha-yan said, "I was invited to the awards ceremony. I plan to go to the awards ceremony after getting pretty hair and makeup and wearing a neat dress. This is my first time attending an event like this, so I'm nervous and honored. I'm going to wear padding and a hat and go get my hair and makeup done. "he said.
Seo Hayan prepared to go to the awards ceremony at a hair and makeup shop. Seo Hayan said, "I feel empty because my husband went to a concert. I am trembling with worry and fear that I might fall while walking on the red carpet alone. I think I am more nervous than when I was walking the model runway." Seo Hayan, who was wearing a dress, was worried, "I chose the one that got the best response during the fitting. The dress is light pink. I don't know if I'm being criticized for being a pink princess." He went on to say, "Before I left, I took a picture in the mirror at home with my hat on, and the before and after were perfect," and was satisfied with how he looked after preparing.

While looking at the Haeundae sea, Seo Hayan said, “I dropped the kids off at their dorm and came down briefly while they changed into their swimsuits. It's warm and nice. Seo Hayan spent time with her children at the hotel swimming pool. Lim Chang-jung also met fans at the concert.
Seo Ha-yan counted down the New Year with Lim Chang-jung and their three sons. Lim Chang-jeong said, “There are 3 minutes left this year. A few days later, Seo Hayan bought a smartwatch as an entrance gift for her third child, who was entering middle school. After delivering the gift, Seo Ha-yan wrote down her goals for the new year in her diary. Seo Ha-yan said, "Health is the top priority. I don't think health was the number one priority in 2022. I suffer from severe motion sickness and dizziness. So, I take iron tablets every day and make sure to take multivitamins. And if I exercise hard, my health will improve. “I don’t think there will be any problem,” he said. Seo Ha-yan, who learned golf from Lim Chang-jeong, said, "My original golf lesson teacher was Imp Pro and my husband. People around me told me not to take lessons from my husband. They said it would ruin our relationship. I will try to show only my good side in front of my husband." He laughed. He also said, "I don't neglect my yoga practice. I have meditation, Ashtanga, and Hatha, but I'm trying to focus a little more on one thing. I hope I can donate my talent or have a positive influence on my trainee friends at the company."
Seo Hayan made plans to visit Canada, Brisbane, and Paris. Canada is where the first child, Junwoo, and the second child, Junseong, are studying abroad. Seo Hayan revealed the reason, "I have to go to Canada to see my kids. I have a precious friend in Brisbane. I don't think I've ever been to Paris with my husband, so I want to make time to go there."
Seo Hayan pledged, “Even though I’m busy, I will pay attention to my children’s education.” She then revealed her motherly side, saying, "I think work took priority under the excuse of being busy. I also feel sorry for my children. It's an important time right now, so even though I'm busy, I'll definitely pay attention to my children's education."
Seo Hayan reflected, “I don’t want my mood to become an attitude. I think I forget this sometimes.” He continued, "When I'm sensitive or having a hard time, I seem to come home and show my bad feelings. I think it's important to not let my mood turn into an attitude. I think I have to keep that in mind."
Seo Hayan also set “not to be stressed” as her New Year’s resolution. He said, "It seems like gray hairs are appearing one by one. Why am I sad? I guess I'm stressed. I think the problem is worrying about things that haven't happened. I think I need to fix this."
Seo Ha-yan said, "This is what I wrote on my old notepad. 'Love me a lot.' Isn't it connected to self-esteem? 'Think of me a lot.' I think I need to keep this as well," and pledged to love herself as well.
Seo Hayan said, “I kept reminding myself of these plans and wrote them on the front of my planner.” In 2023, I decided to spend for myself as well. He said, "I earn money and pay with my own money. It's something I really want to buy," and chose smartwatches and laptops.
Seo Hayan laughed, saying, “I want to do as well as I said I would in 2023. If I do this, I think I will be able to live happily ever after in 2023.”
