According to the Hope Bridge National Disaster Relief Association, Shin Min-ah donated 50 million won for the recovery of Turkiye and Syria, which were damaged by the earthquake. An official from her agency, AM Entertainment, explained, "Shin Min-ah decided to participate with the hope that no additional damage will occur and that appropriate support will be provided to the victims who lost their homes due to a sudden large earthquake."

Hyeri also participated in the donation. According to her agency Creative Group ING, Hyeri donated 50 million won to UNICEF to help provide emergency relief to children.

Hyeri said, "I heard that emergency relief is desperately needed due to the major earthquakes in Turkey and Syria. Although I cannot go directly to provide emergency relief for children and provide basic protection facilities such as food and water for children who lost their homes, I am contributing to UNICEF's activities. “I hope that many people will show interest in the disaster caused by the earthquake and lend a helping hand,” he said.
