Kim So-young revealed that she and her husband Oh Sang-jin sleep separately.

Kim So-young held an online housewarming party introducing the Apgujeong apartment she moved into in November last year. Kim So-young also introduced her study room. Kim So-young laughed, saying, "Sangjin's point of criticism is that I'm using three rooms. No, I'm using it for the happiness of my family. It's my work space, but it's also Sangjin's space." Oh Sang-jin got angry and said, “I’m not even coming in here.”

The bedroom was also neatly organized. Kim So-young expressed satisfaction, saying, "I have the bed I love the most in my house. Kim So-young took out the eyepatch and said, “I’m a little embarrassed. It’s not cool.” Kim So-young said, "I always wear an eye patch when I sleep. The eye patch is a very important item in my life. When I went to the ophthalmologist, I found out that my eyes are naturally wide open, so I can't sleep if the light is too bright." He then explained, “The eye patch is expensive, but it’s worth the money.”

Oh Sang-jin and Kim So-young, former MBC announcers, got married in 2017 and have a daughter.
