There are people like Lee Gyeong-sil who have been criticized for misinterpreting the 19+ code. Broadcasters Park Na-rae and Kim Min-ah are also celebrities who were embroiled in a ‘sexual harassment controversy.’

Park Na-rae appeared on the YouTube channel 'Hey Narae' and committed excessive behavior under the 19+ code. It was shocking because the channel's main audience at the time was children.

Na-rae Park, who was aware of the controversy, apologized, saying, "I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused," but was investigated for illegal information distribution under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Minah Kim used words that caused ‘sexual shame’ during a video interview with a male middle school student.

Minah Kim caused controversy by asking middle school students, “It’s a time when you have a lot of energy. How do you release your energy?” and “What do you do when you’re alone?” Regarding the 'sexual harassment controversy', Kim Min-a bowed her head and said, "I am clearly aware of the mistake I made in trying to make fun of it. It was a shameful action and I will never repeat it again."

All three cases start with ‘jokes meant to make people laugh.’ However, the moment you feel uncomfortable after hearing a joke, it cannot be interpreted as humor. In addition, all of them are active on a broadcasting platform that is viewed by an unspecified number of people. It is unfortunate that the perception of performance is lacking.
