Jaejun Kang lost 18kg in 7 weeks of dieting

On the 14th, a video was posted on the YouTube channel 'Giyu TV' under the title '※Jaejun Kang's Diet※ Week 8: Will I lose weight if I eat food and ride a bike?!'
Kang Jae-jun said he would exercise so as not to get hurt. He said, “I bought it cheaply to show my subscribers how to ride a bike,” and went on a short ride from Mangwon to Banpo.
Jaejun Kang went riding with excitement, but was surprised by the wind. He complained, "It's really windy. It's no joke. I picked the wrong day." He added, “I came out expecting it to be warm, but it was cold because of the wind.”

Jaejun Kang also explained, "I plan to eat a lot and do a lot of cardio. I think I can maintain my weight even if I stop dieting if I enjoy aerobic a lot."
Kang Jae-jun, who previously weighed 108 kg, said he would lose 25 kg in 6 months. He lost 18 kg in 57 days. Jaejun Kang went on the scale and measured his weight. The result was 90.8kg. Kang Jae-jun looked happy and said, “There’s not much left.” Because the weight I needed to lose in the future was 7kg.
Kang Jae-jun said, “I’m dieting without any major injuries, except for the weight loss last time.” He said, "I have gained about 90kg in weight, and I am going to try various experiments to maintain it. Since I have 7kg left, I think I should try to maintain it a little rather than suddenly lose it again."
