'Fifty incident' The Givers Ahn Seong-il decides to provisionally seize copyright fees
The court has decided to approve the provisional seizure of the copyright fee claim of Ahn Seong-il of Dougie Bus filed by Attract (CEO Jeon Hong-jun).

On the 25th, Fifty Fifty's agency, Attract, said, "We discovered that Dougie Bus Ahn Seong-il embezzled the company's funds in the process of carrying out Attract service work," and added, "Accordingly, we raised some of the first claims raised by Attract regarding the total amount of embezzlement. “I applied for a provisional seizure of the copyright fee for the amount, and it was accepted by the court,” he said.

Currently, payment of copyright fees for Ahn Seong-il's Fifty Fifty's debut album 'THE FIFTY' and 'The Beginning: Cupid' registered with the Copyright Association has been suspended, and provisional seizure was accepted again this time. In addition, Attract plans to apply for provisional seizure of the remaining amount in the future in response to additional cases of embezzlement and breach of trust by Dougie Bus Ahn Seong-il.

Currently, Attract is in the process of civil and criminal litigation with company officials, including CEO Ahn Seong-il of Dougie Bus, who was in charge of Fifty Fifty service work, and this is significant as it is the court's first ruling regarding Ahn Seong-il's illegal acts.

Meanwhile, Attract is preparing a New Girl Group project separately from the application for injunction to terminate the exclusive contract filed by Fifty Fifty.
