Seo Hayan "I have 11kg of body fat, I need a teacher to whip me"





On the 6th, Seo Hayan posted a video on her YouTube channel 'Seo Hayan seohayan' titled '83 kg → 52 kg Seo Hayan's diet secret revealed (diet management method, diet recipe, InBody, exercise routine, diet after childbirth)'.
Seo Hayan said, "Measuring with InBody made me work a little harder on PT. I can know my body condition much better when measuring with InBody than with just a scale. My exercise method also changed a lot accordingly." According to InBody results, Seo Hayan recorded a body weight of 53.4 kg, skeletal muscle mass of 22.6 kg, body fat mass of 11.4 kg, and body fat percentage of 21.3%.
Seo Hayan said, "(Weight management) comes as much as you control it. I weighed 54 kg, but my body fat decreased significantly and my muscle mass increased by 1 to 2 kg. I think measuring InBody helps with dieting." He continued, "If it is difficult to realistically measure your InBody, it is also helpful to take a proof shot with your eyes on an empty stomach every morning, using the same scale at the same time every day."
Seo Hayan revealed her exercise routine. He said, "I can't do one thing consistently. If I do one thing consistently, I think it's not fun and the areas I can exercise are limited. Depending on the body type I want, I use different exercise methods. Yoga, internal running, personal PT. These short and bold exercises. “I exercise,” he said. He continued, “When I get a little lazy or eat too much food, I need a teacher to cheer me on. That’s why I go to PT and yoga classes.” He also explained, "In PT, I do really hard exercises like abdominal exercises and squats (even if I don't like them) because of the teacher. The rest of the time, I try to exercise my lower body by doing aerobic exercise or climbing."
It is said that Seo Hayan has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. He said, "When I want to heat up my body or feel stiff and stiff, I use Ashtanga Hatha yoga to relax my body instead of a massage. Doing yoga provides a lot of mental help. This is one of the reasons why I have been going to a yoga center consistently for over 10 years. “One,” he said. Even on days when I can't exercise, I was surprised by saying, "I wake up early, take my kids to school, and do interval running for 30 minutes at the gym. If I can't do that, I simply stretch using a pillow. If I can't exercise, I adjust my diet and sleep." .
Seo Hayan said, "Exercise, diet control, and drinking a lot of water. When these three factors are all in place, (weight) is lost well.
