Jeong Chae-yul, sudden death, "private funeral, please refrain from rumors"
Jung Chae-yul's agency, Management S, officially announced Jung Chae-yul's death on the 11th.
Management S said, "Actress Chae-yul left us on April 11, 2023," and added, "Following the wishes of the bereaved family, who must have been in greater sorrow than anyone else, the funeral will be held quietly and privately."
He continued, "I hope that you will join us in praying for the soul of the deceased so that Chae-yul, who was always sincere in acting, can rest comfortably in a warm place." In addition, he emphasized, “We earnestly ask you to refrain from spreading related rumors and speculative reporting.”
Chae-yul Jeong was currently filming the drama 'Wedding Impossible', based on a web novel, but unfortunately passed away. In relation to this, 'Wedding Impossible' said, "We wish the deceased rest in peace," and added, "We are discussing internally the future schedule."
Amid the news of this death, Jeong Chae-yul posted a message saying "Let's smile" on her SNS on the 10th, a day before, causing even more sadness. Many fans are visiting Jeong Chae-yul's SNS and leaving messages of condolences praying for her soul to rest in peace. The cause of Jeong Chae-yul’s death has not been revealed.
Chae-yul Jeong, who started her career in the entertainment industry as a model, made her screen debut in 2018 by playing the role of Si-eon in the movie 'Deep' (directed by Jo Seong-gyu).
