"There was no sense of disparity (between idols and actors). Many idols challenge themselves with acting and are active in many fields. I think that in order to become good at a certain field, you have to focus on that field. That's what I do when I do it too. “When I act, I want to show Kim Jae-hyun’s true self.”

N.Flying member Kim Jae-hyun, who made his screen debut in the movie ‘Oksu Station Ghost’, said this. Drummer Kim Jae-hyun, known as 'N.Flying guy', showed himself as an actor rather than an idol.

On the morning of the 13th, Kim Jae-hyun told various stories along with the movie 'Oksu Station Ghost' at a cafe in Samcheong-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul.

'Oksu Station Ghost' is a story about reporter Na-young (played by Kim Bo-ra), who senses a scoop when a series of mysterious deaths occur at Oksu Station, begins reporting, and faces fear as she gets closer to the truth. It is based on the webtoon of the same name by author Horang, which was popular in 2011.

Kim Jae-hyeon was very worried as it was his first film to be a horror film. He said, "I was worried about whether I could do well in the genre of horror. Isn't there a difference in how people feel fear? I was worried about whether I could satisfy the needs of the audience well." He added, "I gained a lot from doing horror. I learned a lot from acting. “While working on it, I definitely learned a lot that some parts need to be further improved,” he said.

He continued, "I'm very scared. I'm officially a coward. The members also made fun of me by saying, 'You? Watching a horror movie?'. When I was watching the original webtoon, I threw my phone and broke it at a startling part. I was really using it carefully... .” he said, causing laughter.

Kim Jae-hyun plays the role of Choi Woo-won, a subway public service worker. He will actually enlist on May 25th. He plans to fulfill his national defense duties as a social worker. Kim Jae-hyun said, "I have been a trainee at my agency FNC Entertainment since I was around 14 or 15 years old. I have never had any other social life. Even while filming 'Oksu Station Ghost', I thought, 'If I had more experience, wouldn't I be able to do better?' “I thought, ‘I want to go to the military and meet a lot of people and gain experience,’” he said.

He joked, "I'm thinking about taking a body profile after I'm discharged from the military in a year and a half. Along with my internal growth, I'll also grow externally. I think I'll become a little sexier."

Kim Jae-hyun, who maintained high tension and radiated bright energy throughout the interview, revealed that he had a lot of worries before filming because of his personality. He said with a smile, "Because I am so high-strung, many people find me a burden. So I thought a lot about how to approach actress Kim Bo-ra, but she approached me first."

Kim Jae-hyun, born in 1994, turns 30 this year. He said, "I think my mental composure will change. The feeling of drinking alcohol when I turn 20 is different from the alcohol I drink when I turn 30. The types also change. When I'm 30, I can be more relaxed, talk to many people, and have a broad mind." “I want to have it. It won’t change my natural personality, but I want to have some freedom,” he said.

Kim Jae-hyun, who is busy with a full schedule even though it is only a month before his enlistment, said, "This job is my calling. I don't think of it as work, I do it because I enjoy it. I am very happy with everything I do. Happiness when acting, playing drums. "Happiness when I'm doing entertainment, happiness when I'm doing entertainment. I want to show these three things without stopping. Many people may not understand, but I want to comfort, sympathize with, and make at least one person laugh," he said with a smile.
