'DSP's new girl group' YOUNG POSSE confirmed to debut on October 18th

DSP Media's new girl group YOUNG POSSE will debut on October 18th.

Mr. Youngpa began his debut in earnest by releasing his debut trailer '20231018' on his official SNS at 00:00 today (19th).

The video begins with a scene of a tree frog drinking a drink. Next, a shop with an exotic background of cacti and palm trees appears, and the sign says ‘YOUNG POSSE’.

Youngpa is a five-member girl group co-produced by DSP Media and Beats Entertainment. The group name Youngpa is inspired by the Latin word POSSE, which means 'can do' or 'possible', and literally means 'a young group gathered together with a purpose'. It contains the strong ambition and will that we can achieve what we want only if we work together rather than myself, and everyone works together rather than alone.

Like the tree frog that appeared in the debut trailer, Youngpa is expected to present her unique and quirky charm with music and performances that break the basic equations of the K-POP scene.

Even before his debut, Youngpo uploaded various covers and meme videos to his official TikTok account, and the cumulative number of views of content using the hashtag 'youngposse' exceeded 1 million.

Meanwhile, Youngpa is making final preparations ahead of her debut in the music industry on the 18th of next month.
