‘Boss’ Kim Hee-ae, thorough self-care routine

Actress Kim Hee-ae mentioned her self-care routine.

Kim Hee-ae revealed her items in the luxury brand B company bag. He explained, “I have a lot of belongings, but I love these because they are practical and nice to fit in tightly.”

Kim Hee-ae started a balance game with the theme of 'only a few lightly needed items' vs 'a worker who carries everything'. His choice was a babysitter. Kim Hee-ae said, "I'm the type of person who spends a lot of money. If I miss one thing, I regret saying, 'I should have put that in,' so I keep putting it away, and it becomes bulky."

He added, "When I go out to film, I'm there from morning to evening. Sometimes there's a lot of waiting time, so as you know, I like to have personal time in between, so there's a lot of stuff. I tend to always carry a lot."

When Kim Hee-ae was asked to reveal the items in her bag, she confessed, "I'm embarrassed. I feel like I'm showing everything inside." The first item Kim Hee-ae introduced was a mobile phone. What was revealed next was sunglasses. He said, "It's a bit boyish. I don't have a feminine personality. I like boyish things."

Kim Hee-ae boasted a lemon-colored long wallet. He said, "I like things a little bigger like this. And I don't like bills being folded. That's why I like long wallets." About brightly colored wallets, she said, "As I get older, I think brighter things are better. Sometimes I like black, but when I wear black, I think I like a scarf or some other color as an accent."

Also, "There are some things that are difficult, and I will show you all. Everyone's life is the same. Because I do a lot of emotional labor, my stomach is a bit sensitive. After filming something difficult, my stomach starts to hurt. In such cases, honey is a cure-all. “When I go to local filming, I have trouble sleeping because of the changing positions, but someone told me to try high-quality honey. I tried it that night and it helped me sleep well.”

Kim Hee-ae revealed her 10-year-old pencil case. He said, "I couldn't throw away the cheap sharpener because I was so attached to it like a pet dog. I'm not good at it, but I study English by dividing the workbook into three parts." When asked if there were any special lectures Kim Hee-ae took, she said, "Take EBS. It's so good." At the same time, the diary was made public. Kim Hee-ae explained, "I'm writing a diary, but there's nothing special about it. I can't remember what I ate or did the day before, so I write it down because I feel like I can't do it. I bought a thick and large notebook. I'm the type of person who tears it up. I don't think it's important to keep it."

Kim Hee-ae is famous for her strict self-management. He began by saying, "There are people who live more aggressive lives. I'm actually a bit embarrassed that I keep talking about this and that. If there is anyone who can help." He said, "I wake up before 6 in the morning. Sometimes, I wake up late. Even that makes me happy and enjoyable. I feel good about myself, thinking, 'I'm relaxed.' I wake up at 6 and ride my bike for an hour while listening to EBS radio. When I'm done, I wake up for an hour. “I’m reviewing EBS radio for a while,” he said.

How did Kim Hee-ae start studying English? He said, "It's been a long time. I've been doing it since 2008. I went to an academy at Gangnam Station. Isn't it lovely when an older man says, 'I'm angry because I don't know Korean'? I'm like that too. Regardless of whether I'm good at it or not, I can do something and do it. “It was powerful and there was nothing bad about it,” he said.
