YouTuber Dangun, controversy over harsh criticism of ‘Seojin’
Recently, Dangun uploaded a video titled ‘Good entertainment to watch while healing’ on his YouTube channel. The released video contains a statement regarding the harsh criticism of ‘Seo Jin’s’.
He started by saying, “We talked about entertainment recently.” Dangun said, “I was nervous about uploading the video because I thought it would backlash because I felt like I was criticizing ‘Seojin’ too much,” and added, “I’m afraid you may misunderstand, but it’s not the performers, but the direction of the program that was wrong.”
He also said, "Of course, it can be said that it is difficult to work and there is a camera. It will be different from normal work. However, when broadcasting, it is important to know where the focus of the editing direction should go," and mentioned that it was not the cast that he criticized.
In addition, he said, "I think I wanted to show the cuteness and grumpiness of the youngest members," and "But I wanted it to be moderate, but it came out too much," and spoke about his intention to criticize 'Seojin's.'
Dangun previously garnered attention by pouring out criticism on tvN's entertainment show 'Seojin's.' He said, "I like the 'Youn's Kitchen' series, but I can't watch 'Seojin's'. I'm having a hard time, but I don't know what's difficult. I keep whining," and "It's not like I'm showing any calm fun."
'Seojin's' is an entertainment program depicting the ups and downs of Lee Seojin, Jung Yumi, Park Seojun, Choi Woosik, and V as they run Bacalar snack shop in Mexico. ‘Seojin’ ended on the 5th.
