Actors Son Ye-jin (41, real name Son Eon-jin) and Hyun-bin (40, real name Kim Tae-pyeong) recently sold a luxury villa in Samseong-dong, Gangnam-gu, which they have owned for more than 10 years, a media reported on the 22nd.

According to reports, Son Ye-jin sold a villa in Samseong-dong, which she bought for 3 billion won in 2008, for 4.8 billion won on the 18th of last month. Transfer gains totaled 1.8 billion won.

Located in Samseong-dong luxury villa village, this villa has a total of 14 households, and Son Ye-jin owned a 211.2m villa. Actors Song Hye-kyo and Lee Philip have also owned the villa.

In the real estate industry, if a couple sells a house within five years from the date of their marriage, they can receive a tax exemption of 1.2 billion won per house per household, so it is believed that the couple decided to sell the villa.

Son Ye-jin and Hyun Bin's real estate is said to be worth tens of billions of won.
