Percy Hines White refuted the allegations of sexual assault through her social media account as 'misinformation'. "Earlier this year, someone I've never met started spreading false information about me online. My family was robbed and my friends received death threats," he wrote. "Photos from my underage years were used and my portrayal of the character was presented in disgust. My friend Jane was falsely portrayed as a victim and her attempts to rectify this were ignored." He emphasized, "The rumors are false. I cannot accept being portrayed as stubborn or as someone who is guilty of criminal negligence. These are unfounded and harmful claims that can raise suspicions towards victims."

Born in 2001, Percy Heinz White is a Canadian actor who debuted in 2009 and has been active in the movie 'Alive Museum: The Secret Tomb' and drama 'The Gifted'. Last year, he gained a lot of popularity for his role as Xavier Thorpe in Netflix's 'Wednesday'. Although his appearance in season 2 was confirmed, there are reactions that he should be dropped due to allegations of sexual assault of minors.

'Wednesday' reached 1.237 billion hours of cumulative viewing in just 28 days after its release, ranking second in the TV (English) category. It was the third time that Netflix achieved more than 1 billion hours of viewing time in 3 weeks, following 'Stranger Things' Season 4 and 'Squid Game'.
